Colonne Extraction liquide-liquide Part 2

In this work, we are interested in the design and built of a new command system for liquid liquid extraction rotating disk column (RDC) of the chemical engineering laboratory. The old control system was failed since 1996. Several solutions were proposed for the restoration of this existing system, such as the renovation by PLC. In this work, we propose a less expensive and flexible solution. This video presents step by step the design of the new command system based on six microcontroller boards, carrying a specific function using slave Modbus Protocol. The Human Machine Interface HMI was developed in Personal Computer implementing master Modbus protocol.
