Netanyahu warns UN of Iranian threat

Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, has warned the United Nations that Iran is nearly 90 per cent complete in its efforts towards developing a nuclear weapon.

As a visual aid, Netanyahu used a cartoon illustration to draw what he called a "red line" on the Islamic Republic's atomic programme.
