The training event in Wushu(Kung Fu) classes is based on Changquan(literally “Long Fist“).
Tajiquan(Tai Chi) classes are no age limit, for both ladies and gents.
This class training is Taolu(demonstration & exhibition routine) event practice only.
Training method of Changquan classes is based on Chinese Professional Wushu Team.
