The Westwater Views condominium complex at 12875 12877 Railway Avenue experiences many bike and scooter thefts from its car garage. Harry is a 91 year old veteran who relied on his electric scooter to get groceries from Steveston Village, a popular tourist destination, with under-reported crime, that many realtors probably don't want home buyers to know about, imo. In our opinion, the Richmond newpapers, the Richmond councilors, do not return phone calls when you're reporting a crime problem.
