2012 Suspense: Putin & Medvedev won't compete official

Every President wants to run for a second term, but the final decision rests with the people. That's according to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, in an interview with London's Financial Times. He said it's too early to say if he will stand for re-election next year, but made it clear that he and Prime Minister Putin will not run against each other.
