    Looking for a bold straight ahead BBQ sauce to baste your favourite grilled meat? Well this is it!

    2 tablespoons bacon grease
    1 onion chopped
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1⁄4 cup brown sugar
    1⁄4 cup sugar
    1⁄4 cup molasses
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 quart ketchup
    11⁄2 tablespoons black pepper,
    1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoons dry mustard
    2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
    1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1⁄2  cup balsamic vinegar
    1⁄2  cup cider vinegar
    Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a 3-quart Dutch oven, heat the bacon grease over low heat. Add the dehydrated onion and garlic and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients and place the sauce in the oven. Bake for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
