Around 500 Afghans rally peacefully in Kabul to condemn the now-notorious film mocking the Prophet Mohammad.

The protest was organized by the United Reformists Party, an Islamic party, which is demanding the U.S. government deal with the film and its creators.

"We have a serious message to the government of America and that is that they must track down those who made this film and they should make sure and guarantee that this kind of action never happens again in the future otherwise this nation will not keep silent."

The short film portrays the Prophet Mohammad engaged in crude and offensive behaviour, ingniting days of protests across the Muslim world.

On Tuesday, Afghan militants claimed responsibility for an earlier suicide bomb attack that killed 12 people, saying it was retaliation for the film.
