Amnesty International has called on Libya's new authorities to prevent human rights abuses. There are allegations of violations committed by both rebels and Colonel Gaddafi's troops. Most of the country is now under rebel control, with only a few pockets of Gaddafi loyalists still fighting. But some people in the capital say the only fruits of the revolution they're seeing are uncertainty and fear, as RT's Maria Finoshina reports.
