Dragon Age 3 Inquisition Announced official

Though this may not be a surprise to some of you, it can now be confirmed that Dragon Age 3 is coming.

Bioware announced on their blog that they are working on the next installment in this franchise. Titled Dragon Age 3 inquistion, little is known so far. All that was stated, is that Bioware isn't talking about the story today, but you can take some guesses from the title, a lot of the team that's been around since the begining will be working on the game a long with some new developers.

Also that they are working on a new engine which we believe will allow them to deliver a more expansive world, better visuals, more reactivity to player choices, and more customization. Now no date has been given for a release yet, but it's buzzing around the internet that we can expect to see this game late 2013. With that kind of timing, I think we can assume it'll be a next gen release. But we'll have to wait and see.

Now I was a huge fan of the first game, had a digital crush on Morigan, and enjoyed the second game. But the second game took away just as much as much as it gave us. If the third one want to win fans over again, they are going to have to bring back being able to have conversations with your team mates when ever. That was such a big part of the first game and part of what made it great. Now I personally loved and preferred the combat system of the second game, so I hope that carries over. And this third title is already boasting on a more expansive world, something the second game was seriously lacking. And most importantly, this game needs morigan back. We were left a bit high and dry in the witch hunter dlc in the first game, so maybe we can see that come back around.

I'm excited and have some ideas of what we can expect, but I want to hear from you fans. Are you ready for a sequel?
