21 minutes and 56 seconds This is a protest of Tucson Electric Power's decision to order more coal for the production of electricity. This event occured in front of the local utility's main office, which is far from the power plant. The demonstrators, who are from the Tucson Climate Action Network, stated that burning coal for generating electricity causes about four deaths per year. They staged a mock performance of the decision making, effects they believe would come of it, and the perceived outcome of successful protests.
