A riot in the Egyptian city of Port Said has left 74 dead and at least 248 wounded after football fans stormed the pitch before engaging in running battles.
Wednesday's violence broke out at the end of the match, which, unusually, Port Said club al-Masry won 3-1. Witnesses said the atmosphere had been tense throughout the match - since an al-Ahly fan raised a banner insulting supporters of the home team.
As the match ended, their fans flooded onto the pitch attacking al-Ahly players and fans. A small group of riot police tried to protect the players, but were overwhelmed.
Part of the stadium was set on fire.
