Michael Smeriglio, 18, is recovering after accidentally shooting himself in the groin while attempting to clean a handgun. The bullet went through his penis and a testicle and stopped in his leg. He then, according to police, said he had been shot while being attacked. A lie they easily sniffed out. Patrick Jones has the rest.
