Olympic Diving this is not. Brave souls perform spectacular stunts from breathtaking heights, delighting the gathering crowds.
Ancient castles, spectacular ruins, breathtaking scenery and ... cliff diving.
Yes, far from the confines of the Olympic swimming pool, world class divers plunge 27 meters from the cliffs of the Welsh coastline.
Their amazing twists and turns stun and delight the packed crowd who have gathered at St David's Blue Lagoon.
The eighth event in this year's Red Bull cliff diving series saw Steven Lobue from the USA win his first ever event.
He attributes his victory to a relaxed attitude after arriving late due to flight delays.
[Steven Lobue, Fort Lauderdale, USA]:
"I just came in with an attitude and like forget it let's do this, you know what I mean. Came out and just went and didn't think too much about what I was doing. Just went up and kind of let it happen. Really had a consistent list and that's what it takes to beat any of these guys."
Orlando Duque of Colombia, the series leader, came second with a score of 467.80.
But Lobue clinched it with a back dive that saw him finish with a points tally of 481.90.
The final round of the series will be held in Oman on September 27.
