A man shot himself and was declared dead at the scene after he was reportedly trying to re-enact a movie scene.
The incident occurred on the early morning of August 31st in Conway, South Carolina.
According to the witnesses, while watching a movie, he wanted to show the correct method and took a gun to hold up against his head. Saying 'that's not how it's done', he pulled the trigger and the third time, gun went off. Paramedics found him covered in blood and he died before he could be taken to a hospital.
In another bizarre shooting case, a Florida teen recently had tea containing hallucinogenic mushrooms, thought he was having a "bad dream" and shot himself in forehead to snap out of it. According to Orlando Sentinel, after that self-inflicted wound, he attempted to clean up the blood that splattered on the carpet, bandaged his head and walked outside and asked a man to take him to a hospital. Fortunately he survived the shooting.
