US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is due to arrive in Egypt for talks with the country's new president under its first free elections, Mohamed Morsi. Clinton's visit marks the beginning of a new era for US-Egyptian relations which had always been aligned to the former's interests in the region, under the 30-year regime of former leader Hosni Mubarak. Now, the US will have to deal with an untested relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood's Morsi and a military whose precise role in politics is still unclear. Al Jazeera's Sherine Tadros reports from Cairo.
