Britney Spears is in the spotlight in a recently-released "X-Factor" promo. Spears joins Demi Lovato, Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on the show's judging panel. And, from the looks of the promo, which includes one "oops" moment, contestants get to see silly, serious and sweet sides of the singer. Priya Desai has the story.
