When the US Supreme Court issued its ruling upholding President Barack Obama's signature healthcare reform law on Thursday morning, hundreds outside were split between rapture and anger. Some found in the decision an empathy they thought was absent from a court they see as leaning in a conservative direction. Others could not believe the court had upheld what they see as a government overreach that unfairly manipulates their medical choices. But no matter the decision, America's out-of-whack healthcare system won't be changing any time soon. John Terrett reports from Washington DC.
