Famous beer maker, Dos Equis, recently launched their Most Interesting Academy to engage followers in adventurous experiences and ideas. One of those experiences is the Mobile Academy, a fleet of food trucks that will offer unusual cuisine to seven cities countrywide.

These are not your everyday food trucks, and each will offer unique menu items such as soy silkworm, jellyfish salad, sea cucumber, crocodile lumpia, grilled kangaroo, Venezuelan frog legs and alligator tail empanadas.

A spokesperson for Dos Equis states “Connecting our fans with incredible experiences that enrich their lives is what Dos Equis is all about. We can't wait to flip the script to bring fans a new take on the traditional food truck experience.” The event begins in late august and runs through mid October, covering Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, San Francisco and San Diego.

In another recent fun event, the Seinfeld tour truck delivered memorable foods from the show to eight national cities. The vehicle was filled with character food favorites like Junior Mints, muffin tops, black and white cookies and mulligatawny soup, available for free to fans.
