Hungary's homeless out in the cold

On Thursday, a law banning the homeless from public places comes into effect across Hungary.

Several cities and towns in the country have already adopted similar laws. It fines offenders transgerssing twice in a six-month period about $600.

The number of homeless people has grown to 20,000 with the economic crisis.
