Kamal Hyder on the Khyber Pass reopening

The Khyber Pass used to account for around 80 percent of NATO's supplies going to Afghanistan. But over the duration of the war, that figure dropped substantially. That has resulted in the US having to pay billions more in transport costs.

The Pakistani Taliban have already threatened to attack NATO trucks if they resume shipments.
