Somali refugees 'fast' as drought continues

Even during the most efficient of times, Somalia's refugee officials struggle to process the new arrivals who show up at the gates of Kenya's Dadaab refugee camp each day.

They started arriving at a 1,000 people a day, but now that number has almost doubled.

This is also the Islamic month of Ramadan - a time when people fast during daylight hours - but for Somalis struggling with the famine, the fasting month means very little change.
