Nepal adjusts to world's strictest drunk-driving laws

Nepal had rules on drunk-driving before but it was rarely enforced, and drinking was very common. Now, the country has some of the strictest rules in the world and party-goers are having a difficult time adjusting. If there is any alcohol in the blood, the fine is $12. But even those caught with a small amount of alcohol in their blood must sit through an hour-long lecture on the dangers of drunk-driving to get their licenses back.
