Congolese warlord Thomas Lubanga has been sentenced to 14 years in prison by the ICC. He was convicted for recruiting and using child soldiers in his rebel army in 2002 and 2003. It is the first sentence handed down by the ICC in the Hague since it was established 10 years ago. Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports.
