A controversial army policy calling on soldiers to avoid capture at all costs - even if it means taking their own lives - has come under fire in Israel. It follows a deal last year which saw the release of one Israeli soldier, in exchange for more than a thousand Palestinian prisoners. That kind of swap is one that Israel doesn't want to see repeated.
