In Caracas rioting between armed gangs inside a prison has left at least 25 inmates dead and up to 40 others injured. About 900 women who were visiting relatives at the time were still inside when the fighting broke out. It is the latest in a series of clashes that have flared in Venezuela's overcrowded jails.
