Europeans could soon see the end of the Schengen free-travel zone, with France set to push other EU states to curb open borders, if Nicolas Sarkozy has his way. The sitting President said he no longer wants what he called a "sieve-like Europe", claiming that a union which cannot control migration flows, is finished.
