Australian Court Upholds Ban on Tobacco Logos official
Australia's High Court upheld the a tough law on cigarette promotion. Tobacco companies will be prohibited from displaying their logos on cigarette packs. Instead, packs will feature images of cancer-riddled mouths and blinded eyeballs. (Aug. 15)
