'Neogeo X Gold' portable is arriving this December.
Arcade Lovers- Neogeo is back! The game we have not seen since the early 90's is hitting the ground running worldwide December 6th! This arcade rebirth, Neogeo X Gold, will be available in a portable version, costing you $200! Not bad, Not good!
So, what does this get you? The Neogeo X system- of course, 20 pre-installed classic games, a Neogeo X Joystick, and a charging dock. Some of my favorite games that come with the system include-Fatal Fury and Samuri Showdown 2- very excited. If you want to see a full list of these pre-installed games- I've included it in the description section below.
Now, beyond just being a handheld Neogeo --the system also doubles as a home console that can be hooked up to TVs and monitors via HDMI or traditional RCA cables. Tommo has not announced with retailers will carry the X Gold yet, but considering their retail partners include Best Buy, Walmart, and GameStop- I'm sure it will be fairly accessible.
