Busking in Australia - Episode 8 - Surfers Paradise (English version)
To busk (/bʌsk/) intr.v. busked, busk·ing, busks. To play music or perform entertainment in a public place, usually while soliciting money.
June Caravel is parachuted in Australia, a country she's never been to.
Rule n°1: She can only use the money she earns while busking to eat, sleep and tour Australia.
Rule n°2: She must be back in Sydney to catch her return plane 2 months later.
June Caravel arrives in Surfers Paradise and from the onset, her host Peter Sun plunges her into the Gold Coast atmosphere... He takes her to a night club on the very first night she arrives. She is far from knowing she will find herself on a yacht in the middle of half-naked ladies, that she will be taken for a man in the street while busking, that a new fan will ask her to perform for his birthday or that she will end up on the front page of the Gold Coast Bulletin, the local paper. She will also have a big blues on the 2012 Street Entertainment Championship...
