عن أوس بن أوس الثقفي رضي الله عنه قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه
وسلم يقول { من غسل يوم الجمعة واغتسل ثم بكر وابتكر ومشى ولم يركب ودنا من الإمام فاستمع ولم يلغ كان له بكل خطوة عمل سنة أجر صيامها وقيامها }Friday is the best day in a week and some important recommendation from Prophet PBUH
حديث صحيح رواه أحمد وأبو داود والترمذي وقال حديث حسن , والنسائي وابن ماجه وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في صحيحهما والحاكم وصححه
وفي هذا الحديث قال بعض الأئمة لم نسمع في الشريعة حديثا صحيحا مشتملا على مثل هذا الثواب .“Oh you who believe, When the call is given to the prayer of the day of Jummah then hasten towards the remembrance of Allah and leave all buying and selling.”
(The Holy Qur’an, 62:9)
Abu Huraira Radiyallahu ‘anhu narrates that the Prophet Sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam said: “The five daily Salaat, one Jummah Salaah till the next Jummah Salaah and one Ramadhan till the next Ramadhan are all expiations for the time between them provided that major sins are abstained from.”
(Sahih Muslim)
