Libyan rebels innovate with DIY weapons

They say necessity is mother of invention and in a school playground; rebels in Misurata have been turning captured weapons and munitions into anti-aircraft guns and rocket launchers to the backs of civilian pickup truck.

Despite the lack of weaponry to combat Muammar Gaddafi loyalists, the rebels have pooled their resources and talents to ensure that they will still be able to put an end to his 41-year rule - albeit not in the most rudimentary of ways.
