De fait, il s’agit d’un extrait d’un sermon sur la mort, ‘The King Terrors’,
du chanoine Henry Scott Holland (1847 – 1918),
prononcé à la Cathédrale Saint-Paul de Londres en 1910,
alors que la dépouille du roi Édouard VII repose en chapelle ardente à Westminster.
