    Gaël Pollès, journalist and founder of Pratiks, tells us the story of how the olympic symbol came to be invented as well as the ideals that the symbol represents. It was Pierre de Coubertin, founder of the modern-day Olympics who in 1913 designed the logo made up of five interlaced circles, symbolizing the five continents of the world, united by the Olympics.
