    Kiddo - La Parisienne

Born and bred in a Parisian family of artists, Kiddo was immediately immersed in music, and started playing guitar at age 8 at the Conservatoire in Paris. Her songs “Run and Hide” and “Hush Hush” (released under her real name Anna Chalon and featured in French movies) were acclaimed both by the critics and the public.
After graduating from a prestigious law school, Kiddo left Paris to enter the London Music School, where she wrote her first album in collaboration with the lyricist Marianne Groves. Kiddo is influenced by varied artists including B.B. King, Fleet Foxes, Amy Winehouse, Gary Moore, Norah Jones, John Mayer and Janis Joplin. Later on, she joined the 2011 Summer Program at the Berklee College of Music in Boston where she studied. She now lives in New-York, where she recorded her first album Where to? produced by the multiple Grammy-winning producer Jay Newland (Ayo, Etta James, Norah Jones). Where to? will be released in fall 2012. - InterSessions : une sélection du meilleur de la nouvelle scène pop, rock et alternative.
