Michael Wildes tells Al Jazeera that Ahmed Ghailani, a Tanzanian national who was found guilty of conspiracy to damage or destroy US property in the 1998 bombings of two US embassies in Africa, should have been tried by a military combatant tribunal instead of a civilian court.
