What the hell is she thinking? That must be the question a lot of people have on their minds about pop icon Madonna who is in concert currently. First she mooned the crowd in Rome, then she had a nip slip in Istanbul, after that she cried in Berlin and is facing a lawsuit for showing a swastika over the face of a French politician.
