Ayamine, Tsukuyomi, and Yuuko appear! And also, more dropping of obvious plot hints, plus a little more establishing of the cast!
First, Takahashi, Meiya's chauffeur, is a parody of the main character of Initial D, which is... an anime about driving cars, to put it short. You'll see why this matters later on. The song that played when Sumika was hit by a car was intended to parody a previous game of age's, Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, the entire plot of which is centered around one of the main characters being hit by a car and rendered comatose. There's a few other Kiminozo references scattered about this segment and the game itself, Akane being the biggest, but they're not especially important to know.
