Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video game accessory review of the Wiimote Charging Station made by Nyko. This is a great accessory for any Nintendo Wii owner and can save tons of money on batteries. The charging station comes with two long lasting rechargeable lithium ion batteries that work with any standard Wiimote, along with new battery covers to enable the exposure of the battery contact for the convenient charging dock. The battery covers also have a nice rubberized texture to better grip the Wiimote, and add a bit of extra weight that feels pretty good for the Wii's motion controls. One minor issue is that you will need to remove rubber protective sleeves and possibly wrist straps for the Wiimotes to effectively fit into the charging dock, but it's still a bit easier than replacing other brands of rechargeable batteries. Nyko also offers a model that can hold 4 Wiimotes, and battery covers in different colors as well.
