    South Africa: Train accident leaves 19 dead

    At least 19 people are reported dead, after a coal train ploughed into a truck in South Africa.

    It happened on Friday at a level crossing near the town of Hectorspruit, around four hundred kilometres east of Johnannesburg.

    The truck was carried 200 metres by the impact.

    According to police, those killed were on their way to pick fruit at a nearby farm.
