    Human rights commission releases Karachi violence toll

    According to the latest statistics of the Human rights commission of Pakistan, 1257 people have been killed in the port city of Karachi in first half of 2012, which is 10.4 percent higher than the same period of the previous year. 972 people fell prey to the targeted killings in the city while 64 children and 80 women also fell victim to the Political, sectarian, ethnic and extortions related violence in the city.
