Male arrestedAlleged Hit & Run Codiac RCMP on 2 scenes official

Just after 1 P.M. this afternoon Codiac RCMP responded to 2 calls, a vehicle hit the stop sign on Cornhill & St. George breaking the pole and then left the scene of the accident and for a possible drunk driver on Robinson Street. 2 Officers were on Cornhill St. waiting for Public works to bring a new stop sign. 3 RCMP Officers had a male driver pulled over and placed in back seat of the Patrol car, it's alleged that this is the vehicle that crashed into the stop sign on Cornhill. He was transported to the RCMP station and a tow truck was there for the grey Colbalt.
