What’s up guys? Great, great question today and I think a lot of people are in this position. So let’s get right to it. The question was from David Vu.
“Hi again Jacob, I was wondering if there were any mini exercises that I could do anytime in a small area, like your office maybe, that would increase my vertical. I already know the glute and calf explosion ones, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do because I do not have much time at the moment to do the full scale exercises. Also I want you to know I have seen the most videos on your channel and they have really helped me out.”

So a lot of people find themselves in this position and some trainers would be like, “Saddle up man, are you committed to your results?” And that’s fine, some of that. But come on man, but for real there are circumstances where you can’t have a gym or maybe you are not in the best situation or you are super busy, whatever.
