In this video his boss Alki David (the CEO of FilmOn, the web-based network which airs Andy's program) candidly tells him, "Everybody knows you've been going through your trials and tribulations," before introducing Jim Antonowitsch, the founder of Oasis Treatment Center in Anaheim, California.

"I told you the other day, if this continues, we can't carry on," David tells Andy bluntly, referring to the comedian's well-documented struggles with alcohol and drugs. "And if you decide to leave and not do that, I'm afraid that we can't carry on here together."

Andy does decide to go to rehab, and is visibly emotional hugging the cast and crew.

"I don't want to be filmed anymore, please," he says as he's escorted to Oasis.
