Prosecutors seek maximum sentence for rogue trader Kerviel

In France prosecutors have called for the former Societe Generale trader Jerome Kerviel to serve five years in prison. Kerviel is appealing a three-year term and an order to repay the 4.9 billion euros lost by the French bank. The ex trader argues his actions were implicitly encouraged by his bosses while they say he was a 'lone wolf'.
