Codiac Regional RCMP are investigating the death of a 45-year-old woman
who was discovered in her residence on Enterprise Street in Moncton.
The womans body was discovered by a family member around 10:15 am on
May 10, 2010. RCMP Major Crime/GIS members and Forensic Identification
members are on scene investigating. The death is deemed suspicious.
An autopsy is scheduled to be performed tomorrow to determine the cause
The investigation is ongoing.

UPDATE!!! Stephen Patrick Maguire a person of interest in the death of a 45-year-old Moncton woman has been located. The 44-year-old man reported to RCMP early this morning in Hampton, N.B. and is presently in police custody.
Codiac Regional RCMP are now confirming that the death of the 45-year-old Moncton woman found in her home on Enterprise Street in Moncton has been deemed a homicide based on autopsy results and other evidence gathered by investigators.
The victim has been identified as Deborah Gunn. Her body was discovered by a family member around 10:15 am on May 10, 2010. RCMP Major Crime/GIS members and Forensic Identification members are continuing to diligently work on the investigation.
The Media Relations Officer for the Codiac Regional RCMP, Cst. Chantal Farrah will be available for media interviews today at the Codiac Regional RCMP Office, 520 Main Street in Moncton at 11:45 am.
Man to appear in court in relation to homicide, Moncton, N.B. 2010/5/14
A 44 year-old man will be appearing in Moncton Provincial Court this morning at 9:30am to face a charge in relation to the homicide of Deborah Gunn.
The victims body was discovered in her home on Enterprise Street in Moncton by a family member around 10:15am on May 10, 2010.
