Bieber performs in Mexico, Ann Rutherford dies at 94

Justin Bieber continued his international tour of teen fervor with a stop in Mexico City. Bieber held an open-air concert in the Mexico capital to promote his upcoming album "Believe." More than 210,000 people packed with area as Bieber performed several of his hits including "Baby," "Never Say Never," and his latest smash "Boyfriend."

Ann Rutherford has died. The actress was best known for a small role playing Scarlett O'Hara's optimistic younger sister in "Gone With The Wind." She had been suffering from heart problems. She was 94.

Finally, the venue for the Oscars has a new name - and sound. The 3,400-seat theater - formerly known as the Kodak Theatre - has been renamed the Dolby Theatre. Dolby Laboratories also outfitted the venue with their Dolby 3D projection and audio systems.
