We show you what we have done as far as pulling apart the motor and testing it for workability. Later when I got time I pulled the whole motor apart to see how it works and to really figure out what went wrong with the motor (pictures). What was really going on was the bearing inside the vacuum motor was grinding and crunching badly. That caused the shaft to seize up and then all the power that was running through the motor was no longer absorbed and used but instead just heated all the wires and coils inside the motor. Also, here in the video when the motor stops making noise, that was from flipping a breaker. This machine seems to pull so much power from regular household outlets that it flips breakers. That’s why we always use our own generator while on the job. To see the pictures of the vacuum motor torn apart limb by limb you can visit our website www.rdclean.com and check out our photo gallery or if you need some carpet cleaning in Houston done we could help there to.
