Iraqiya's Allawi talks to Al Jazeera official
Iyad Allawi's Iraqiya is boycotting both parliament and cabinet, after the government issued an arrest warrant for Vice-president Tariq al-Hashemi, who belongs to the bloc.
Allawi tells Al Jazeera's Jane Arraf that Iraqiya is considering ending the boycott, but only if it sees conciliatory moves by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
Allawi says he believes Maliki is heading down the road to dictatorship. He also calls for early elections, but says he wouldn't necessarily run.
