Nancy Pelosi, the US Democratic leader and former Speaker, House of Representatives, spoke at the inaugural Al Jazeera US Forum in Washington.
She congratulated Al Jazeera for its coverage of the 'Arab Spring' and in the process she said, the Doha based satellite channel helped the forces of democracy.
