just great ! congratulations ! it reminds me when I attended an early performance by the Pink Floyd themselves in London Roundhouse, with choir and orchestra, think it was in 1969...
I wanted to see them do "One Of These Days" too (I believe that they could) I think that it was beautiful, and yes it was Pink Floyd just as Beethoven's 9th is Beethoven's 9th! I'll bet that David, Rodger, Nick, Steve, and Syd (RIP) feel honored.
It is not Pink Floyd but it is the next best thing as far as Atom Heart Mother goes. It is my all time favourite Floyd track and I know the score backwards for both the live and album versions. It is a magnificent version of a sadly neglected part of Pink Floyd's repertoire. Sticking closely to the score but with some improvisation, it is the best non Floyd performance of Atom Heart Mother I have ever heard.
